To get in touch with German companies as potential clients is a first challenge. Trade fairs are an excellent opportunity. But how to find attractive booth locations, right stand construction companies and affordable hotel rooms for all exhibitors? A ot of troublesome questions in advance that have to be answered anyway.

On trade fairs time should be used efficiently so our backing contains some useful items:

  • Day before trade fair starts after own booth is ready prepared we start for a common walk on the fairground to have a look on relevant booths for orientation and learning. Finally, during a dinner in regional atmosphere we will brief exhibitors about research results.
  • We will get invitations to reception(s) of relevant players as media and purchasing pools.
  • We organize your own reception on your booth on first or second trade fair day from 18.00 h by inviting selected resellers, exhibitors and multipliers as professional media.
  • Handing out flyers to selected trade fair visitors by some trade fair hostesses.
